Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We design and sell luxury handbags crafted from animal cruelty-free, plant-based materials. Every product is presented with care to ensure accuracy in color, texture, and description. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, display settings, or the natural properties of the materials used.

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.

Certain items may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

All prices listed on our Site are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occurs only when we confirm dispatch of your items.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or product unavailability.

If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, you will receive a full refund.

Our handbags are crafted to the highest standards of quality and sustainability. We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us at support@thelinearity.com within 48 hours of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Normal variations in texture, color, or finish inherent to plant-based materials do not constitute defects.

Except as expressly provided, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the product.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

At Linearity’s discretion, any dispute may also be resolved through confidential binding arbitration conducted in Delaware, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
